After a long fight to expose the source of Texas’ execution drugs, court documents obtained by media suggested the source as Greenpark Coumpounding Pharmacy. Buzzfeed news reported that:

“Greenpark Compounding Pharmacy gave kids the wrong medicine. It forged documents. Its employees didn’t wash their hands adequately. So why did the state with the most executions hire it to make lethal injection drugs?” (click for article).
