Join Texas Abolitionists for our monthly social event for networking organizers and those interested in prison, death penalty, migrant detention, and other justice related issues. We always encourage attendees to sign birthday cards to prisoners and to get involved with local events. If you have a topic you would like to discuss, don’t hesitate to reach out! We are a diverse and intersectional group and we welcome you to join us and enjoy some light food, coffee, or drinks from Cafe Brazil. There is street parking near the cafe and plenty of tables inside and outside. People are welcome to arrive after 5:00.
Donations for stamps, cards, and printing are welcome but optional.
